e-Invoicing integration

Get your ERP e-invoicing ready before the deadline

PDF invoices sent by email are being replaced by structured e-invoices that travel through approved networks. We connect your ERP or accounting system to a certified provider, test every invoice type and go live on time.

The challenge

PDF invoices will stop counting as valid invoices

Each country sets its own format and date, but the job is the same: your system must create, validate, send and receive structured e-invoices through an approved network.

UAE trading & distribution groups

Multi-entity Peppol go-live before the deadline

Several legal entities on Business Central or Odoo must issue e-invoices through an accredited provider from 2027.

What we build

  • Testing of every invoice and credit-note type
Where the ROI comes from
  • No penalty exposure from late compliance

  • One integration team for every entity
Track: Entities live on time · rejection rate
German & EU manufacturers

XRechnung / ZUGFeRD out, supplier e-invoices in

Customers now demand structured e-invoices, and the AP team still retypes supplier PDFs.

What we build
  • Outbound e-invoices from your ERP
  • Inbound supplier e-invoices posted to payables
  • PO matching and approval routing
Where the ROI comes from
  • Lower cost per invoice processed
  • Early-payment discounts captured
  • Fewer AP data-entry errors
Track: Cost per invoice · invoices auto-matched
Indian groups with UAE or EU subsidiaries

IRP in India, Peppol abroad, one ERP

The Indian entity already uses GST e-invoicing; overseas entities need different formats from the same system.

What we build
  • IRP integration for India
  • Peppol or national formats per subsidiary
  • One monitoring dashboard for all entities
Where the ROI comes from
  • One partner instead of one per country
  • Consistent master data across entities
  • Faster rollout for each new entity
Track: Countries compliant · hours spent on invoicing per monthRelated case: Atharva Trading

Why start every project with AIM

Most overruns start before the first line of code: the wrong tool, a vague scope or no owner after launch. The audit catches those for free.

Five questions AIM answers before you spend1Is this the right problem to solve first?2Buy, configure or build?3What will it really cost, all in?4What can go wrong, and how do we avoid it?5Who runs it after go-live?
Know the cost before you commit

A fixed scope and quote come out of the audit, not halfway through the project.

Vendor-neutral advice

We recommend what fits, including tools we don't sell, or doing nothing.

A report you keep

The audit report is yours to use with any vendor, no obligation.

Right project first

Work is ranked by payback, so the first project earns its keep.

One team end to end

The people who audit are the people who build and support it.

Value after go-live

Monthly reviews keep systems used, improved and worth what you pay.

The audit is free, takes 3–5 business days and the report is yours to keep.

Estimate your project

Estimate your eInvoicing Integration: hours, cost and savings

Most companies only share a price after several calls. Here you see the hours, our hourly rate and what the same work costs elsewhere, before you talk to anyone.

Currency

Indicative estimate. Market rates: Clutch 2026 averages for custom software development (India $25–$49/hour, US $50–$99/hour); large consultancies often charge $100+/hour. Your fixed quote follows a free audit call. Licences and third-party fees are billed separately by the vendor.

FAQs

eInvoicing FAQs

Are you an e-invoicing provider?

No. Certified providers transmit and report your invoices. We are the integration team that connects your ERP to them and keeps the connection working.

Do we need to change our ERP?

Almost never. We connect the system you already use. Very old systems get a custom connector.

Do you give tax advice?

No. Your tax adviser confirms the tax treatment; we make your system produce it correctly. We are happy to work with your adviser directly.

What does the provider cost?

Providers charge per invoice or a monthly subscription. You pay them directly at their published price; we help you choose one.

What is Peppol?

A network and set of standards used in many countries to exchange e-invoices between businesses through certified access points.

We have companies in several countries. Can you handle all of them?

Yes. We plan by legal entity and country, and can roll out entities one after another or together.

How long does it take?

About 3–4 weeks per legal entity with a ready connector, 5–6 weeks for a custom connector.

What happens when rules change?

Under E-Invoice Care we track rule changes for your countries and update your mapping and validation before they apply.
