About the client

Mapians.com is an international D2C provider offering global travel eSIM data packages for travelers across 150+ countries. They needed a high-performance, mobile-first web application capable of issuing digital eSIM profile QR codes instantly upon payment.

The challenge

Legacy platform timeouts during peak travel seasons resulted in delayed eSIM QR code emails and high customer support ticket volumes. Manual order verification created friction for international buyers using multi-currency cards.

What we built

Involve Technologies rebuilt Mapians.com using Next.js and Node.js microservices. We integrated direct telco eSIM provisioning APIs, dynamic multi-currency pricing (USD, EUR, GBP, INR), and automated WhatsApp/email QR code dispatches.
