GoodLuckTaxi is an outstation taxi and tour booking service connecting travelers with independent cab operators for long-distance intercity travel.

The challenge

Manual phone calls to dispatch drivers caused delayed confirmations, customer cancellations, and disputes regarding toll, state permit fees, and driver commissions.
